Main Responsibilities

  • Control the inventory of seasonal products
  • Estimate the demand for goods and control the stocks
  • Introducing new products to other colleagues
  • Handling orders, returns and data entry
  • Handling in-store resource management
  • Assist team sales

Appointment Requirement

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • 2 years of purchasing experience
  • Purchasing Diplomas or related certificates will be given priority
  • Have a deep understanding of daily necessities and skincare brands
  • Good bargaining and negotiation skills
  • Good at price comparison 
  • Market acumen, pricing and discount calculations
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel, Chinese and English IME
  • Basic purchase terms
  • Excellent speaking and listening skills in Cantonese,English and Madarin
  • IELTS 6.0 or above will be given priority*

Customer Service Assistant Full-Time Back Office

Main Responsibilities

  • Answering customer inquiries and questions
  • Handling customer ‘s messages from the network and social media, providing a superior customer service experience
  • Handling and following up customer complaints and build up good relationships with customers.
  • General word processing

Appointment Requirement

  • F.5 graduate
  • 2 years of customer service experience will be given priority*
  • Excellent literacy skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Good attitude, courteous and cordial
  • Good communication skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel 
  • Excellent reading, writing and speaking skills in Cantonese,English and Madarin.
